Terms of Service

1Our Role

FNEXS acts as a purchasing and export agent on your behalf, sourcing vehicles from Japanese auctions or dealer stock, arranging payment on your behalf where applicable, and coordinating export shipping.

FNEXS does not manufacture or warrant the vehicles themselves; vehicles are sold on an as-is basis, sourced from third-party auctions, dealers, or private sellers.

2Deposits

• Auction Route: 30% of the bid amount, paid before bidding starts.
• Dealer/Wholesale Route: 50% of the total purchase amount, paid once availability is confirmed.

Deposits secure our commitment to bid or purchase on your behalf and are generally non-refundable once a bid is placed or a purchase is confirmed, except as described in Section 3.

3Auction Outcomes & Refunds

If a bid is unsuccessful and no vehicle is secured, your deposit will be refunded in full, minus any payment processing fees already incurred (e.g. PayPal or wire transfer fees).

Once a vehicle has been successfully secured through auction or dealer purchase, the deposit is non-refundable, as it reflects funds already committed on your behalf.

4Pricing & Fees

Our fees are itemized in your written quote before you commit to a purchase. A quote may include:

• Our agency (service) fee
• Auction-related fees and inland transportation in Japan
• Shipping costs, based on vehicle size, shipping method and destination

Fees are subject to change without notice for future transactions, but any fees already quoted and agreed to in writing for a specific vehicle will not be increased.

5Final Payment

The remaining balance is due only after we confirm the vehicle has been officially secured on your behalf.

Payment must be received before we proceed to arrange shipping.

Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Wise, and direct bank transfer, as listed on our Payment page.

Any transfer fees charged by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the buyer.

6Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, port congestion, customs processing, and carrier delays.

7Import Compliance

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to confirm that a vehicle is legally eligible for import into their destination country before placing a deposit.

8Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are sold as-is, based on the auction sheet grading or dealer listing information available at the time of purchase.

9Limitation of Liability

FNEXS's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the total fees paid to FNEXS for that specific transaction.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or a transaction shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and if unresolved, submitted to the courts of Japan.
